Early release or extended stay is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• Reservation confirmation is subject to availability and conditions informed at the time of booking.
• Reservations made through partner websites may have specific rules, especially regarding payment, cancellation and refund.
• There may be an option between refundable and non-refundable rates.
By choosing a non-refundable rate (with discount), the guest acknowledges that there will be no refund in case of cancellation or change, and the low, medium or high season rules described in this policy do not apply in these cases.
Low, medium and high season periods will be defined by the hotel according to its own calendar, taking into consideration factors such as demand, local events, holidays and seasonality.

• Pre-payment of the first night is required at the time of booking.

A no-show occurs when the guest does not appear on the expected arrival date without prior cancellation.
• The reservation will be held until 12:00 PM the day after the reservation start date
• After this period, it will be automatically cancelled
• 100% of the amount paid or the reservation deposit will be retained
• For reservations guaranteed by credit card, the applicable penalty may be charged
In case of early departure after check-in, there will be no refund, regardless of the reason, and the full value of the confirmed reservation is due.
Group reservations have specific payment, cancellation and deadline conditions, which will be informed at the time of booking and will prevail over this general policy.
During high demand periods, such as extended holidays, events and commemorative dates (e.g.: New Year's Eve and Carnival), specific conditions may apply, previously informed at the time of booking.
When applicable, refunds will be processed within 7 (seven) business days, using the same payment method as the reservation.

Cancellations or changes will not be accepted by phone.
This policy observes the applicable legislation for the hospitality sector, including the Consumer Defense Code, the General Tourism Law (Law No. 11,771/2008) and other relevant regulations.
