The hotel accepts pets in specific and limited units located in the residential building in front of the Hotel, called Apart Hotel, subject to availability and compliance with the rules below.
• The hotel has only 6 apartments for guests with pets, located in the residential apartments in front of the hotel (Apart Hotel).
• Accommodation with animals must be informed at the time of booking.
• Subject to availability of pet friendly units.
• Reservations made without prior communication about the pet's presence will be subject to availability and verification of the criteria established in this policy.
• Failure to meet the requirements of this policy may prevent accommodation with the animal, and the conditions and penalties provided for in the reservation policy may apply.
• 1 pet allowed per apartment.
• Maximum weight: up to 25 kg.
• Only small or medium-sized domestic animals are accepted.
• An additional pet accommodation fee will be charged.
• The amount can be checked directly at the reception at the time of booking.
• The pet must have an up-to-date vaccination card.
• The hotel may request proof at check-in.
• The pet must be docile and accustomed to living with people and other animals.
• Animals that display aggressive or excessively noisy behavior may have their accommodation refused or interrupted.
• The pet must always be on a leash or in a carrier in the common areas of the building.
• The animal is not allowed to roam freely.
• The pet is not allowed to use sheets, towels, pillows or hotel furniture.
• It is recommended that the owner bring the animal's own bed, blanket and supplies.
• If the pet remains alone in the apartment, room service will not be performed by the housekeeping team.
• The owner is responsible for keeping the environment clean, especially regarding the pet's physiological needs.
• The person responsible for the animal assumes full responsibility for damages to linen, furniture or hotel structure, and a repair or replacement fee may be charged.
• The hotel is not responsible for escape, illness or incidents involving the pet during the stay.
